About the Project
Happy Benefits is an innovative rewards system dedicated to empowering companies to provide exceptional benefits, fostering heightened value and well-being for their cherished employees.
Task
As the Founding UI/UX and Branding Designer at Happy Benefits, I undertook the exciting challenge of imbuing our brand with a "Happy" essence that resonated with customers. Beyond this, I took the owner's vision, meticulously outlined in the PRD, and transformed it into tangible design elements. My journey encompassed creating comprehensive UX flows, intricate wireframes, and refined UI components, spanning a diverse array of interfaces, including the Admin, Employer, and Employee dashboards and screens. This pivotal role allowed me to seamlessly intertwine creativity with functionality, resulting in a design that was not only user-centered but also aesthetically captivating.

UI DESIGN
The UI design strategy involved developing distinct screens for Admin, Employer, and Employee users. From the Admin interface, specific functionalities were disabled for Employers and Employees.
To streamline this process, we employed a card-based approach to control feature activation based on the user type. For instance, the Employer's dashboard includes the 'Recent Employee Transactions' card, which is intentionally disabled in the Employee view.
